When you have made one hundreth of the money than the Brennans restaurants in some other endeavor you might be able to give them advice on your new mouse trap idea.

I didn't realize I was advising them, I didn't prepare my spreadsheets.

This is a F&D board where people express their opinions. I never suggested they weren't successful, far from it. I don't need to make millions to have an educated opinion on food. If you enjoy Brennan's restaurants, keep going. I will continue to patronize places that I enjoy. One's that are willing to push the envelope. My taste's evolve, and the Brennan's don't IMHO.
