Does anyone know of a place that sells the Denver cut of beef around NOLA?
Piece of Meat used to, but RIP. Their Wagyu Denver was my favorite steak in the city.
Snake River Farms sells them online, but costs and shipping are high.
Wondering if there is a butcher cutting them locally?
