I use one full jar of zatarains powder and a small bottle of liquid and thats it and they come out great. Never have a salty taste at all seems just right to me

general consensus in my circle seems to think that louisiana is saltier than zatts

my family likes em salty so i use LA

I disagree, I have tried both side by side and Zats was saltier than LA.

I use one bottle of Zats Liquid & 1 bag of LA powder.
Lemons Onions and garlic..

If its kid , Yankee or company guest free I will add a little cayenne for extra kick..

I boiled 10 sacks for a group function last week and got nothing but praise. Last year I used Zats cause it was on sale. I was disappointed.
