Couyons on Nicholson location

So I was just informed that they shut down that location in the stay bridge hotel area, can't say I'm surprised, they were always empty, and I have talked to over 4 people all claiming to have got food poisoning from that location, too bad because I like the original one a lot.
But anyways, what's going in its spot? And what type of food and when does it open?

Actually the owners change the menu and reopened right away under another name, which i cant remember at the moment.

I thought it was some of the better BBQ in Baton Rouge.
