Does anyone have a copycat recipe for Copeland’s chicken fajita soup? I searched the web but did not find anything. Thanks

No idea but while looking for it I stumbled across their tiger sauce recipe. Can't wait to make it

The challenge with copeland recipes being copied is.. the company made spice packs at diversified that the folks in the field didn't exactly know what the recipe was.

IIRC, it was a veloute with sautéed peppers and chopped fajita chicken added to it. Garnish was fried flour tortilla wedges. It was very thick and rich; the veloute likely had some cheese in it.
