Funny story I wanted to share. So, my son called and said he told his friend that my dad is cooking and bringing food from NOLA. His new friend said, “what is he cooking”? My son said jambalaya and other stuff. The friend replies... “what else, I get jambalaya in Wisconsin?!?!?... my son said WTF... no, you have not had jambalaya.
I cannot wait to see this group of kids if they have not familiar with south LA cooking!
