Cooking a Chuck Roast today... for tomorrow

I want to smoke a chuck roast today, but for tomorrow. Should I store the whole thing in the fridge overnight still wrapped in foil and toss it in a low-heat oven tomorrow?

That is what I would do.

I would also put the wrapped roast in Tupperware to ensure it doesn’t absorb any other foods’ smell from the fridge.
