Connecting multiple EasyBBQ Nano Thermometers

I recently purchased 3 EasyBBQ Nano Bluetooth Thermometers and can’t get more than one to connect to the app.... I have tried the support desk and resetting all of them with no luck. Any help would be great, TIA.
