Lots of fresh herbs, mint, thyme, rosemary, basil, parsley, oregano, garlic, green onions, and coffee grinds (Hey Cafe Panama)

The lamb

Smoked sprouts, peppers, onions

Smoked/roasted corn grits

All done

Plated

Had a garlic Sriracha aioli that didn't make the pics

Bonus pic of the heat source at work

Looks great.

Could you zoom in a little more on the pics next time? There were some minute portions of matter that I just couldn't quite make out.

Are the pics too big? Took with phone and use mobile so everything resizes on its own.

Pics look good to me. On mobile though.

Food looks great.

Do you wear a chef apron while you cook?

Yea, actually seems to be a big difference from desktop to mobile. Scales much better on mobile. Carry on.

How did you smoke/roast the corn?

Normally do it on the cob and cut it off. Couldn't find any cobs so I used frozen.

Foil on the pit, spread them out and cooked indirectly. Then finished them off above the flame to get the browning.
