They processed a cow for us. (Eunice location) Messed up the order a bit, but otherwise an impressive operation. It didn't help that brother-in-law's cow is too lean.

My in laws are friends with them. They raise cattle in the same area I believe. I've heard good things but haven't tried them myself.

Scanned two pages of their form for the cuts wanted. Two pages because we split the cow with friends. They never bothered looking at page 2. So the whole cow was processed on our specs and our friends didn't get what they wanted. As a peace offering, Coastal offered a 1 lb pkg of sausage.

A peace offering would be to refund your money for the labor since they can’t put the cow back together.

Ouch. I don’t know the ins and outs of having a whole cow butchered but seems like they could have made it right a little better than that.
