Alright, I am still a bit tired this morning. Yesterday was a nonstop whatever can go wrong will kind of day! I won't go into that but I'm glad it's over. Lol...... My wife's group held a fundraiser for the seminary/monastery that was flooded last year LINK . It was a Cinco de Mayo food fest and I was recruited to cook something so I did Fish Tacos. I mentioned this previously but I also did a little something else too.  Taco men!

Because of the amount of fish I was grilling I used the gas grill and a stainless "Little Griddle".

Here's a sample of what I was serving. Fish taco(this one has a cilantro lime sauce)and a Taco man.

It's basically(and I hate using the term)a "deconstructed" taco. You have the corn tortilla(and a Bugle) for the hat, a grape tomato half for the head, lettuce for a serape', taco meatball as the body and a chunk of cheese for the feet. Taco man! Lol......... It was meant to be a edible sort of gag food item that everyone loved.

It was a great time and there was a LOT of food served. Everyone loved the fish tacos, even people who asked what it was and being skeptical tried it after a little coercing and were surprised how good it was.
