Bought a 1/2 cow from The Butcher Shoppe in Pensacola recently, so I took out a couple ribeyes for cheesesteak Sunday.
Who doesn't want to be outside right now? Until the Santa Maria is done, lit up some Jealous Devil, and on the kettle they went. Used some red chili pepper flakes, CBP, and some black garlic and habanero infused sea salts.
