I don't think it's limited at all.
There are plenty of places to get a great burger. Lots of gems people may not know about.
One prime example is Frank's Restaurant by Cortana.
However, I would love a "burger only" restaurant that served "gourmet" burgers (i.e. stuffed, buffalo, 8 billion toppings, etc.) like some of the restaurants featured on Man v. Food or "_______ Paradise" on the Travel Channel.
If I were to open a restaurant, it would focus on one of two things:
Burgers
or
Kolaches
