Sodium content is ridiculous. If you rinse and drain does that really reduce the salt?

Made the switch to frozen about three years ago.
Unless the label says salt free. But I still read the label. Some still have salt.

Buy the no salt added versions if you buy canned. They even have no salt added Rotel now.
