Has anyone tried Lahpet's food, the new Burmese pop up? It was a green plate lunch vendor at a recent Tuesday farmer's market, and the food looked pretty good....but the two-person team working the market booth were slower than molasses & I didn't have 10-15 minutes to wait for a salad during a weekday at the farmer's market. Advocate article here: LINK
Gotta say, I love oddball popups, but wish more culinary entrepreneurs would think about staffing/efficiency/customer service. Too many excellent choices means I'm not standing around in a 95-degree asphalt parking lot while someone inefficiently makes salads, one by one.
