Looking for a recipe for hibachi Lo Mein. I know we have some fried rice experts. wondering if you guys have done the noodles as well?
I used a recipe I found on the blackstone website.

I did it with chicken instead of beef, and didn't use cashews or sriracha.

I put a little Lee Kim Kee Premium Oyster Sauce on mine along with that soy. About two tablespoons of each with 2 cups of rice I cooked usually the day before. Sometimes I add a little sesame oil but be careful that stuff goes a long way. I’ve even squirted a little fish sauce in mine when doing a seafood stir fry. I got so angry that my local Chinese restaurants cook terrible shrimp fried rice that I went to an Asian store and bought a decent sized wok. After watching about 25 YouTube videos of Asians showing off their techniques I mastered it pretty easy.
Try Lo Mein or really it should be called Chow Mein when you stir fry the noodles on high heat. I bet that Blackstone would do a good job with that dish too.
