Seems we still have some confusion here in this thread. There was a Buds Broiler on City Park Ave. kind of across from Delgado. Old dirty arse ugly wooden building. This is the one that has been closed for several years.
More recently a new location has opened at the Corner of Canal and City Park Ave. in a new build along with Morning Call. This new one is the one people are debating is it's closed or open.
