I had a recipe for a crock pot version of this appetizer wrote down and I lost it before I was able to put it in my folder. Who here is this? Please share. Thanks

I use smoked boudin, fresh cut green onions, cream cheese and some red pepper. Use chicken stock for desired consistency.

2 pounds boudin
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery
1 pack dry onion soup

Amos i made that version for Mardi gras and it was a big hit, extremely easy to do as well

I got everything in the crock pot right now on low. It looks awfully dry though.

Maybe some canned soup or something to moisten it up????

Once it's hot, set it to warm. Taste it to see if you need more soup for moistness, but it shouldn't be dry to taste - may just look it.

Did you use two cans of soup? I did and it actually looked too wet when it first went into the crock pot but came out just right
