Who's got one? I googled but all I found was microwaving some boudin and putting it on top of cream cheese. I was hoping for something a little more than that. Thanks!

Here is a post about it....I tried it for a party a couple weeks ago, although it tasted really good, the looks of it can turn some people off

Well, we take the boudin and cream cheese and heat in a skillet until it is all melted together. Season with some cayenne and whatever else you want and serve with crackers. It isn't very different than what you said but its better than just heated boudin on top of cream cheese.

I had some cold boudin dip at a Christmas party last night for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised, gonna try to find a recipe and make it for our next get together.
