1 can of salt is a necessity. The people who tell you not to add salt don't know what they are talking about. All the none salt people are just probably watching their blood pressure. Go with salt for the best flavor

Do whatever you prefer interms of what you like in saltyness. If your using Chackabay or something then deff use salt, but LA fist fry has a lot already.

How much seasoning do you guys use for a second batch in the same water? At what point (3rd batch?) should you probably add about the same amount as the first batch? This always gets me...I don't have good consistency through multiple batches.
