Boba ParTea opening in old Celtics Studios alterations building

Just drove by and the Magic Needle Alterations building had signs around it saying Boba ParTea was coming there. Is Celtic going to shutdown their movie productions entirely? I know they converted at least one building to a pickleball arena.

The ONLY reason the movie industry was even here was the huge tax breaks the state was giving them.
Once those tax breaks started fading, so did the movie industry.
