Bloomberg's large soft drink ban

Cups bigger than 16 ounces would disappear from self-serve fountains in fast-food joints, although refills would still be allowed.

I was wondering about this...I was envisioning being at a restaurant and wanting a refill of Coke and them not being able to give me one and offering Diet Coke instead.
