I think that's the name and that its across the street from Upstream. My grandpa has been going for the CWS since 1980 something and swears by it.

I ate this weekend at Sullivans, and they had a chili rubbed ribeye that was pretty good. More importantly, they had a blonde and a brunette waitress that would both knock your socks off.
Tigers sucked though, which gave me indigestion.
