Grouse is a pretty good blend. I believe Macallen is one of the blends.
Macallen 10 Fine Oak and 12 are very good.
Glenmorangie Lasanta is also good in that price range.

Glenmoragie Solara is just a tad over the limit, but it is some damned fine shite. It is 18 years of beautiful aging.
