Anyone have a go to recipie for portobello mushrooms? I personally like soy sauce and balsamic marinade with some garlic and basil but I was looking for some other tried and true options

get some goat cheese, put in microwave for a short time to soften it up. Mix in your favorite dried herbs - basil, parsley, oregeno, etc. I put red pepper flakes in there as well. Cut off the stem and spread the goat cheese under the cap. Bake it until the top of the goat cheese browns a bit. I sometimes bake it a while then finish under the broiler. Put it on some hamburger buns and enjoy.

Basalmic, garlic would still work with the goat cheese suggestion below. I'm not s huge fan but when I've had them, I'm more of a fan of the soy sauce and other Asian flavors
