I tried something new with some this past weekend.

Blanch to soften
Skewer all facing the same way
Good olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic

Then tossed on the smoker for about an hour or so. I think an hour, I was drinking. Go by look.

Thanks for the reply's. I think I'm going to try the recipe LL referred too and just a simple salt/pepper/EEVO in cast iron and see how both go.

I'm not going to blatantly lobby for it, but I've always enjoyed it. It's actually on my weekend menu. Damn tasty. And the flavors are fun to pair.

I fried some a few weeks ago and tossed in honey/sriracha sauce. Its good!

Try to fry them outside, otherwise your house will smell like shite for days.
