Any recs for Beijing? I'll be going in a few weeks. After watching Ugly Delicious I've set my sights on Crayfish Masters and some stir fried crawfish. Any other musts? I'll be in Beijing for a couple of days. I'll be in Yantai for 4.

Well, you have to get the roast duck while you are there. That is basically the flagship food for the city. Lots of places do it. Ask your hotel concierge for a recommendation. It's fantastic and a fun experience.
