OMI is the best in town imo. I like Dim Sum a lot too but holy crap, OMI is so good.

I've had a few experiences at Dim Sum that left me disappointed. I'm about 80% certain they are just unwrapping frozen dim sum items and steaming/microwaving them in the back. Can't vouch for the standard chinese fare though.
