have reservations for 11am Sunday, 2/4, morning of the LSU game. My question, considering the heat/humidity we probably will encounter, do they have shade and/or misting fans? How uncomfortable will it be?

Did it once in August. There are umbrellas, but you are going to sweat your nuts off.
Service outside is always shite too, not sure why because inside is great.
Not even to mention that there are just groups lurking around drinking and whatnot.
A group of 4, sitting on the porch, will make it much more tolerable, a couple along the street wouldn't be my go-to.

Have done it before. The food there isn’t good enough for me to sit outside in the summer. It’s heavy, too. Bleh
Here, will do some dirty work for you.

Palm & Pine would be my choice. Outskirts of FQ. Puts you close to the action.

LE, thanks for the work. Wife, I, and 40 YO daughter , for her birthday weekend and her 3 BFF's. LSU game that evening. The girls are moms, city savvy, corporate types. Which of those fits us best for a leisurely couple hour brunch and cocktails? TIA
