Inspired to try by previous post. I really like how these turned out. I used ground pork seasoned with a sausage spice blend. Smoked for 3hrs.

Why’s that? Armadillo Eggs is what they are called. They gained notoriety when Guy Fieri went to T-Bone Tom’s on DDD.
