Anyone have a good oven beef jerky recipe?

take some deer meat and leave it on the grill for about hoour or two too long.

CHuck roast, almost frozen, slice thin cross grain. add a cup of dale's, two tablespoons lawry's garlic seasoning, a quarter cup of worchestershire, 2 teaspoons liquid hickory smoke, tablespoon black pepper, marinade overnight in gallon baggy in fridge. spread out on baking pan in oven at 225 degrees until cooked. Turn over half way through, reduce temp to 200 for last hour or two to dry out.

Works with deer, too
