Anyone have a good dill sauce recipe?

I want to make pork schnitzel with a dill sauce and most of the dill sauce recipes I have found online seem a little underwhelming. TIA.

Most Gravlax recipes will have a dill sauce recipe with them

Paul Prodhomme's pork loin with dill sauce from his Louisiana Kitchen cookbook is killer. I would use that sauce on cardboard! Here is a link to a recipe that looks somewhat different from the book but I think will still work. The book tells you how to mix your own seasonings--not the prepackaged seasoning included in this recipe
