Anyone have a cookbook recommendation for cast iron jambalaya pot and burner setup

Obviously, jambalaya….but I recently acquired a Carolina Cooker 14 qt setup and I’d like to use it more than just for jambalaya and gumbo.

I’d be interested in venison neck roasts, any gravies, smothered okra, chicken recipes etc.

There has to be a good cookbook out there that has these
