I think that one and maybe one other are the only two that are staying open...
ETA: New Yorks? I just know Disney is open still for sure. They call it something else. ESPN Club?

We stayed at the Swan about 3 years ago and never ate at BlueZoo either. But we ate at Kimono though, which is sushi, and it was superb.
We love the Swan-Dolphin resort. But the wife is a sucker for the Disney dining plans and you can't get the dining plans if you stay at the Swan-Dolphin which aren't Disney resorts.
