You need to try these Kiwis. I picked up one at a garage sale because it was a Clever/Slicer and .25. After using it I searched the Kiwi brand and was shocked at how cheap they were. Reviewers said seek out an Oriental store in your town and they should carry them. They did. I bought 4 or 5 of different shapes for less then $20. I use the
7.5" Chef the most on veggies and love them.

Most of my other knives are OLD Chicago Cutlery, a couple OLD Old Hickory and a nice 8 or 9" Japanese Chef I picked up along the way. I use them all. But one of these will always have a place in my block.
