Recommendations? I considered posting this on the travel board but it's primarily food related.
My main POI for food are crab cakes, crab legs, etc.

I wouldn't even think of eating crab legs there. Steamed Maryland Blues or crab cakes. There probably isn't a bad place to choose for those in that town.
