After a cumulative total of about 12hrs in the kitchen, everyone is fed, fat, and happy. Only one minor pie crust failure to speak of. Hope everyone has as good of a dinner as we had. Happy Thanksgiving friends.

Successful day and meal here too. I’m about to head north for a few days of deer hunting while the extended family keeps my house occupied.

After two years of yankee catered Thanksgiving, I finally got some Southern home cooking. We had a Mirliton and Shrimp casserole that was amazing.
