Advice on Beef chuck riblets.

Anyone done these on pellet grill or any method really? Picked up a couple packs for cheap and was curious. Are these just smaller version of beef rib? Suggestions for cooking?

Never cooked them but, I've seen them before. Thought they would be good to turn into burnt ends.

Do you have a pic? I see different things when I google. If they are what I think they are, the meat will pull back from the bones on each end. I think of them like “beef hot wings” Smoke them with salt and pepper rub until tender. Brush them with a spicy TX style BBQ sauce and let it carmelize on the grill. Cut into individual riblets and serve in a basket with some curly fries and blue cheese
