In some states there are abv limits, but not in Louisiana. Here you can go as high as you want... you can get Samichlaus in 11.2oz. bottles on the shelf and it's 14% abv.

Nope, it's the same as the bottled version. The old tap version, before there was a bottled version, was somewhere around 11% but it was a different recipe.
