I know it's early, but I am already excited about cooking and boozing for the 4th of July weekend. With the 4th on a Tuesday, I get a 4-day weekend.

What is on your menu?

Were going BBQ. Menu is a work in progress. Any suggestions?

Meats: Smoked Brisket. Smoked Pork Shoulder. Sausage. Maybe even a little Smoked Chicken.

Sides: Cole Slaw. BBQ Beans. Homemade Mac-n-Cheese. Grilled Corn Cobs.
