Not meaning that at all...let me try again...
Is the method he describes in levee erosion the proven way that levees erode and respond in flood water situations?
Has his levee erosion explanations have any validity to what has happened to levees that have failed before? ANd there are plenty of failures to compare to. If you don't know, don't reply...it was basically for maybe someone who knows FACTS about how levee failure/erosion happen in these type of aged levees and flood waters.
