Watermark help

If any of you watermark experts want to take a shot at this, I'd appreciate it! 
I'd like to create a watermark from this image. I only want the graphic, not the words. And much like Spurticus's watermark, I'd like it to be transparent and easily stand out (beveled?) if possible. I tried to create it but it looked horrible.
Can anyone help?
