Hey Oyster,
What about the LSU fan that broke the Bama fans Jaw that night after the game.
A huge portion of LSU's fan base is pure garbage.
I never said that the fact that his friends didnt say stop was a legal excuse. Just that I had a bit of sympathy for the situation he got himself into. They were drunk, had just won, and they are complete dumb shits. They did not physically injure the passed-out LSU fan.
The SEx offender Law was put in place to protect mainly those who were the victim of a violent sexual crime(rape, forceful entry, underage kids). I do agree that the elements of the original law(s) are present in this case. I just think this "prank" (it is a prank) is not the main focus of the law.
That being said, I hope he gets a huge punishment, fine(s), community service(maybe at a sex offender counseling service), no sex offender registry.
He should also move from Alabama as he is not the good kind of celebrity there.

I wonder if you'd see it as a harmless prank if he'd done this to your daughter or son! I would be worried about my sexuality if i saw this as a harmless prank. The bama fan in the video is a pervert in the worst kind of way. To publicly expose your self in a crowd and get off rubbing your junk on another guy is extremely perverted. Being excited and drunk is no excuse!

I do not think he is a homosexual becuase he is married with a child. I have never done it(teabagging), nor have I ever witnessed it. But I have heard about it being done as a prank.
If I need to, I will tell yall a million times.... As a Bama fan, I think he should get the maximum punishment allowed by the law, just not the sex offender status. For the reasons I have mentioned.
I think the punishment I have suggested is fair and just.
ANOTHER EXAMPLE... I was not in a fraternity but I have heard an awful lot of rumors about the acts that take place before and at initiation. Alot of them are along the "same lines" as Teabagging.
Should the people in those instances, upon investigation, be registered as sex offenders too? Keep in mind that both instances(fraternal hazing and the Bourbon Street Teabagger) carry an element of (drunken)peer pressure.
For you to question my sexuality just becuase of my interpretation of an incident and a law is grossly unfair and incredibly short sighted by you. Use your best judgment.

Oyster,
you sure do like to jump to conclusions on who is homosexual and who isn't.
Since this morning, You have questioned the sexuality of the teabagger and myself. Two people you have never met or talked too. You are so naive.
I am familiar with the Kinsey scale and I know that individuals can live(sexually and otherwise) a double life.
I am just not prepared to make that assumption. Based off the fact that he is married with a child, and that some people look the act of teabagging as a prank.
Use your best judgement.

yes they should. i dont care if the pope was the one that teabagged the guy. arrest and prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law

what?
I said that to Oyster as a response to him referring to the teabagger and myself as homosexuals. Asking him to use his best judgement.

ha, well whatever. Im done with this subject.
To be clear, I think the Sex offender Status was designed for use in certain situations. This is not one of them.
I do think that the Bourbon Street Teabagger (and Updyke) should get the maximum punishment possible, just not the SO status.
