T-Shirt Question

As a fellow Photoshop fiend, I am ashamed to say that I haven't yet contributed in a fark-like manner.
However, I've had some good laughs looking through your stuff.
If anyone would be so willing to lend me some advice, here's my situation:
I want to have like a handful of custom-printed T-shirts made. (may be short- or long-sleeved). In my experience, I'd use a company like Graphic Cow to do our fraternity t-shirts, except I don't think they would do a low volume print like I need (maybe 10 max).
Basically I just want to know a place where I can place a low-quantity order for custom-printed tee's, with similar quality to Graphic Cow. All at a reasonable price point.
I'd appreciate any of your suggestions if you've sought similar solutions.

How many of each shirt? I make custom shirts ghetto-style using iron on transfers. There is a shop here in SF where they use a heat press (or whatever they are called) and put the image on, but you can also do it using an iron at home.
This method doesn't afford you as many options, but is cheap.

Yeah, I'm looking for something with a little more dependability/quality than iron-on.

Figured, but thought I would mention. My shirts tend to last for awhile when treated properly.

It depends on the type of image you would like. If it is screen-printing, you are better off finding a local printer especially if you can do the artwork yourself. Then you don't have to pay an art fee or shipping charges.
I have used CustomInk but was very displeased with digital printing versus screen printing.

They can go as basic or complex as you need. Shipping would not be an issue either. When I last used them they did 100 shirts for me.
