What I don't understand is, He stole the avatar from one of the best farkers and nicest guys here. Then he requests a fark. Pain Train most likely would have been one of the first to oblige him on his request AND make him an avatar if he asked. But he stole it and is STILL using it and never acknowledged his thievery.

If you don't have the link, you can request it to be removed here. Don't know, if they'll do it, but you could try.
Maybe tell them the situation and ask for it to be deleted and you will host it yourself.

In a certain sense, I'm flattered that he liked it enough to take it for himself, but at the same time, avatars are used to show a users uniqueness and it took me a while before I was really happy with one for myself.

It's cool, man. We like to stick together here on the Fark Board and give people hard times through our farking.
I'm sure the farkers here will come up with some variations for a new avatar for you. I don't have a whole lot of time myself right now, but I'll work on something later if someone already hasn't created something for you that you love.

Here is another option for you. You can save all the avatar work here in this thread and change your avatar from time to time if you happen to get bored of using just one.
