Question for TD farkers regarding digital pads

My daughter is 11, in talented art, and has asked for a digital pad to draw and transfer her pictures to a computer. She has been doing some in class, but I don't know what to get her.
She is a beginner, so I don't want to go all out with a fancy one yet. Any recommendations?

Get the young lady an iPad, PicsArt app, and an Heiyo pen.
Don’t buy your 11-year old a tricycle. If she has real talent, set her up for success.
