What is the best photoshop? Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0? Thanks guys.

Paint.net it's free. Thats what I use.

I like using CS3 only because my work pays for it. We are about to get the new cs4 with pixel perfect. Can't wait

I could only be so lucky to have my work pay for it. I took a class on CS1 in high school and paint.net is just as powerful as a low grade photoshop and much more user friendly. I would love CS4 or whatever is out now, but as far as freeware I stake my claim on paint.net.
