PS CS5 Animation Error

I'm getting an error when making animations in CS5. Everything looks good until I either play it in CS5 or save it as a gif. Once I do that, the frame (picture) in each layer will move off center (usually up). This seems to have just started happening and I don't know the cause or the fix. Anyone familiar with this problem and have a suggestion to fix it?
