Please help with an important picture

I have a picture in color of the KIA Symbol. I need it cropped and changed to black and white so it can be laser engaved. I really would like someones help for this. We are doing to some items for the family members.

I already emailed Jeff a copy. I am about to head to Louisiana for the home opener and don't have time to do any more work on the image.
If someone else wants to finish cleaning it up, feel free. If not, I'll finish it next week.
