Can the background color be removed (the black and red) to include the acorn and made white or no color? TIA

It is a symbol for a mardi gras krewe. Just looking to have it cleaned up to have shirts made.

Can you take a clearer picture of the one with red lettering? It looks like it’s not completely flat.
